>1993 S10 2.8l 5speed
>Ignition key turns cylinder fine
>Goes all the way to run, and back to lock.
>Will not go past run to turn the starter
>I do not believe it is steering wheel lock related, as it releases just fine when it gets to the Run spot of the ignition
>I've tried releasing and engaging the clutch while jiggling the ignition
>Tried my spare key
>All same results, wont turn final bit to crank starter
>Happened randomly, had to push start it to get it home
>Tried graphite.
>Previous couple times of starting truck did have slight resistance when turning over all the way to start it.

It's like the motion of the lock is physically blocked from going past run, I don't think there's anything that usually blocks that.

My focus sometimes does this. I've found that putting a little pressure in the turn forces it's wat through, although it does sound like it's forcing it's way past whatever is blocking it while sounding like something snaps. Am I damaging my ignition if I do this?

Damn, I look at this screenshot and it looks so old, back in the days it seemed to be the most realistic graphics in the world.
