Then I'd run a car for a while until I get bored, then switch to another one. Or until it breaks, in which case I'll use another while it's being fixed.

I've been thinking about this for a bit, if I was going to get 75k for a car and my only job was to deliver pizzas, I would design my car to be damn good at delivering pizzas, and I have the perfect car in mind: an N14 Nissan Pulsar GTi-R

Even though these things put down 13s in the quarter I would still tune it, refresh suspension/bushings, brakes and what not but then I would build a box in the back of the hatch that was on a gyroscope with a heater on a pneumatic suspension so the pizza stayed warm and I could drive the little fucker as hard as possible to get there on time, like pic related

my second job used to be delivering Pizzas in my city.
We were provided with cars by the company. Two VW Polos, one old Opel Corsa and one Citroen Berlingo and rarely i delivered in my B-Class.

The Polos were by far the best choice.

I'd like to get either the Brazilian exclusive VW Speed Up! or a VW Polo R WRC Street.

There are only a few customers for which i would need to drive on the only road where the speed limit is 120 and it would be acceptable to exceed it, so i mostly need a small lightweight car that accelerates fast. top speed is mostly irrelevant, so i might want to adjust the gearbox for shorter gears.
