kind of same thing happened to me once
>60 km/h zone
>driving 80 km/h with my yamaha
>speed limit changes to 50
>decide fuck it and just keep going until red lights
>on the lights a motorcycle cop stops behind me
>turn left and keep going like nothing happened
>just after the turn the cop flashes lights and sirens and gestures me to stop on the bus stop

Death by accidental rally. Doesn't seem that bad of a way to go

Car was a write off, but it was a FWD auto and I got the full market value back on my insurance claim.
