Less than 10min in the morning. Hop on I-95, go down an exit or two, and work is right there.

Sometimes I will get pissed in the afternoon though if I get off late and traffic is fucked on I-95. It means I have to take other roads home and it can take close to 20min! Ridiculous!

It's one of the few good things about working 3rd shift. I head in at night when nobody's on the road and head out of town when everybody's driving into work.

I live atop a mountain so I get to drive the canyons and ridges whenever I go anywhere.

I'm self employed with an office room in my house. My commute is about 15 paces while wearing my pajamas.

Gets pretty lonely all day though.

My commute has gotten worse. Gotta drive through an intersection that's being expanded.

The intersection gets annoying on the way home. A few times the workers forgot to take down the sign that says one lane is closed so then everyone assumes the road funnels to one lane. Gets bad due to the off ramps feeding right into the intersection.

Used to be quite pleasant and quick (could drive it in 3 minutes if I wanted), but I quit that job and now it looks like I'm starting one where I won't need a car. Which is cool, means I won't put too much strain on mine.

Short, 2.5 miles each way. The roads are horrid though, and it passes roughly 50% of the town's traffic lights.

try driving south to Sydney every day. the drive there is usually about 1hr, not a bad drive the road has some nice scenery.

The trip home can take anywhere from 1hr10min to 4hours depending on selfish arseholes who want to merge lanes without looking and shut the freeway down.

Fucking awful. Now that the ice has melted the roads are even shittier. I fear that one day my bike will fall apart on my way home. Also, awful jams. Love to ride when i have to be early at work, near zero traffic half the time. Its 10km and usually takes about 43 mins with the bus. My best is 15min at 7 in the morning
