Well honestly they would even bother to sign a bend like that with a recommended speed - but if they did, for example if the exit narrowed or something, it would not be below 40.
I take bends sharper than that over 30 on my daily commute, I am not baiting, I am genuinely puzzled as to why you think 25 mph is too fast for a gentle bend.

This is a 60mph road in the UK, no maximum speed through corner signs, only chevrons.

The sign means consecutive bends, it isn't a fucking scale map of the road ahead and literally all the comments I replied too were commenting about the posted speed limit, not the fact that it is a photo of a consecutive bends sign with the second bend framed out. It is such a gentle sweeping corner that you would have plenty of time to react to a second corner well above 25 mph anyway.

The more I visit /o/ the more I become convinced at least 75% of posters don't even drive.
