Early 20’s
Likes cars, has a decent knowledge or what cars are what, but doesn’t really know much about working on them.
Has a few friends, mostly guys, that are into cars.
Is a pretty good driver, but still somewhat relies on the abilities of the car.
Lives in a suburb of a large metropolitan city, happens to know the old guy that runs the local garage thanks to her car friends.
Lives with her mom. Her dad is non-existent, so she has bad daddy issues.
The region is completely non-specific so we can have whatever cars going around without it not making sense.
Story will follow her and her few friends travelling across said non-specific country on a road trip, getting involved in various street racing scenes and whatever. Therefore it touches on a variety of disciplines.
Some races do not feature the main characters, and instead are just showdowns between two or more cars that the main characters are watching, IE Vette vs GT-R.
Main character won’t drive an Xterra, but because /o/ seems to love it so much, the Xterra will be a recurring car in every episode, and actually be somewhat important by the middle-end of the season.
Main character will probably have a cheap hot-hatch or something that she bought herself. Don’t really want a big coupe or saloon, don’t really want it to be too old. Gotta be something that matches her character in my head. Something like a Swift Sport, Clio RS, Mini Cooper S, Abarth Punto, Peugeot 208 GTI sort of thing.
