I don't know the exact procedure since I've never fucked up that bad, but they aren't going to blacklist you, most likely they would send you out with an instructor the next session and he would give the OK if you are good to go or not. 99% of people after spinning once cool down a bit, take it down a notch, and slowly ramp back up over a few sessions, not just go do the same thing over and over, the OP video guy is just an outlier who doesn't belong on a track that has other drivers on it and will likely always be that way since he demonstrates he doesn't have a mind that can learn from repetition.

After years of tracking FWD cars in the Honda Challenge I bought a AP1 my first half a track day went just like this. Then one of my buddy's sat me down at launch and explained how to drive a MR car. For the most part you can't modify your speed in a corner. you select a entry speed and stick with it, lifting in an AP1 means you go careening ass first in to the run-off. My family owns a self serve junk yard and all the s2ks that come in her are smashed in the sides or rear.

The primary goal of a rollcage is to protect the occupants of the vehicle in case it rolls over.

In this design, it is pretty clear that the side impact protection on the car is weaker on one side rather than the other, and since it is probably LHD, I would have the cross member going the other way for that, though it might be RHD and I just can't see, no telling. Regardless, side impact protection of a unibody car is pretty good to start off with, so the lack of support from the one leg getting pushed in is probably irrelevant.

Anyway, Having a truss structure like this with a single diagonal member instead of two is perfectly strong. This rollcage also looks nicely built, with REALLY nice tig welds done.
