Its fine OP, just make sure you go over the car, sometimes shit could be wrong with it for it sitting for sale for a while (rusted brakes, corroded/sundamaged lines, sundamage etc.)

Regular wear, and make sure to test drive it , and get it to operating temp and to highway speeds to see how it handles. Check engine bay for sounds and shit, check under the car for leaks etc. Pretty simple shit. Avoid sketchy ass cars

Bought a 2001 mitz mirage 1.5l 5 years ago with 90k miles for $2000 still dd, eats 5k mile roads trips.
150k is a lot on a shitbox, I'd try for a lower milage car.
