An FB (not an SA) can be a pretty good tuner car as well. It's really lightweight and with the 13B it can be made to push almost as much power as you can get from an FC. Also, with the modularity of rotaries, there is so much you can do with them.
Of course, the chassis were a little bit primitive (MacPherson struts, recirculating ball steering, etc), but even so, you can make a decent drift car or even just a weekend racer/fun driver from one pretty easily.
