If I had some spare emoney I'd buy a Canadian NW plate, they're cool AF.

Not going to lie, though, out of the basic plates (not special plates) of all 50 US states, I like my home state's basic plate the best. It's simple, easy to read, and the graphic on the top makes me happy.

My vote goes to Texas because it doesn't just have one simplistic, great looking plate design, but an entire range of them, this one being only one example. Even the standard design is decent.

In recent years the Ont plates have had a really poor quality coating on them, too. Few winters with the salt on those front plates and they're being ruined.

Yet there's a surprising amount of license plate covers which are illegal.

Got pulled over for both of those. It's under a general "must be visible" law, but there's no definition of what visible means so the cops can just make shit up on the spot. Actually gave me warnings similar to a brake light out. Got pulled over again when my plate started to shed its letters (pic related but not that bad).
