Now that I think about it there's a single exception, when the car you're driving came with them from the factory, which basically means that it has to be an older French import because it's the only major European country that stuck with yellow for the longest time, others switched to white very soon at least on production cars, no clue if aftermarket yellow is legal in other European countries.
