well, i use them because my vehicle is a 40yo farn truck that has had unspeakable things dragged through it...and even though i have replaced most of the interior and power washed out the cab. Short of completely dismantling it. U cant always get the stank out of things....not that it was terrible to start with, just kind mucky and stale. On a side note, you havent lived until u have a baseball sized dirt dobber nest unstick from your defroster vent while its on high. I learned what its like to be inside a snow globe.

I've never had a car that was so stank I could not get it to smell clean. Pull out the seats, take out the carpet, power was the carpet, fabreeeze the seats. Leave it in the sun to dry.

you havent had a truck that sat in a field for years and had cow shit and all sorts of things throught it. I pulled everything out and used a hotsee. I went just shy of spraying the paint off. To truely clean a vehicle like that, you take it completely appart to the point that u might as well give it a paint job while you are at it. And like i said. Its just a stale dirty smell. It was nasty when i started though.
