Sloppy performance OP, you're gonna now need a screw extractor bit or to bring it to a professional now. Were you using the wrong bolt or torqued it way over it's torque-spec?

I have no idea my battery fucked up, it was cause i was playing the stereo while changing the bulbs.

Well I'm looking at BBK install videos of this and it looks like BBK didn't send me 2 bolts for this thing that came off the stock throttle body and plenum so i reused my 15 year old rusted ones which in hinds sight is an awful idea.

Just remove the throttle body, grab the shank with a pair of vise grips and back it out. Or Buzz a nut to the end and wrench it out

I do it all the time, and I live in Wisconsin, where everything is rust. My car is rust, you're rust, I'm rust. Everything.

Don't blame the old bolt. You either cross threaded it, or you over torqued the shit out of it. or both. Nice work, I bet that Mustang is your DD too.
