Not good enough. Fuck VW and their bullshit offer. Wouldn't settle for anything less other than a full refund. Yes, VW should go out of business because of this.

It used to be like a gift card but it can be used anywhere a visa is accepted. However, many outright refuse them now. It was anonymous money, like a prepaid cell phone. You used to go to Red Box, get a ton of movies for $1 each and then never bother returning them.
