Why would I want an LNG vehicle exactly?
>>14044466
Impressive
>>14044488
Hmm
that's badass
doesn't look that bad desu
Mate, thats just an ECI...
>>14045429
ECE... goddamnit, I've fucked it up again
>>14044466
>LNG
Are you talking about CNG or LPG?
Cars don't use LNG
That can literally happen with a gas car too, this car seems to have a shitty CNG tank.
Here's another:

No ignition, the pressure alone blew the bus apart!

This is why I don't drive Chinese busses from the 80's
those pedestrians seem to have really effective deflector shields

Here in Europoorland (espacially it's more poor parts) LPG is half price of petrol, so even if you burn more, you pay less.
Plus it is something around 102 octane, so you can more turbo your engine.
>>14045686
Methanol is $1/gallon and 115 octane, and all you need to run it is bigger injectors and fuel pump.

Don't waste your time, we'll have butanol that can be ran in unmodified gasoline engines in no time.
>>14045735
>butanol
You must be retarded to think biofuels will be cheap. Especially considering that batteries are become more energy dense and cheaper.
>>14045447
Except gasoline isn't pressurized and doesnt explode like that.
The trade off is that CNG and LPG is cheap as fuck to run.
>>14045760
Granted there isn't enough arable land to make biofuels sustainable, but they do at least pull some CO2 out of the air.
Lithium and rare earths that batteries still pollute during their manufacture regardless.
>>14045760
They said the same thing about ethanol as an anti-knock. Are we still using TEL?
>>14045784
>Arable land
We will be able to do it in large reservoirs with genetically modified microorganisms that produce longer alcohol molecules, kek. Research is already underway at various institutions.
