I work flat rate and get pissed when I diagnose a car and it gets handed to one of the entry level techs. Still get a cut but at that point most of the work is done and all someone has to do is adjust/repair/reach whatever I put on the work order.

Walk in patched up with all data cais- which just means I took a ten minute online test proving I can use a computer program, ase, and i-car which is body repair from a previous field and customers really listen. I confronted him eventually got authorization and found a bad coil pack and a leaking intake man gasket. He paid every ounce of labor I could drum up, left it in overflow for 3 days and we used oem parts.

Go to an alignment specific shop. Not a firestone or general repair place that does alignments. You want the places that do only alignments or only alignments/tires. Unless it's a performance oriented shop and they have a rack, then it's a different story. Basically you walk in, tell them what you want. Obviously you can call out all the angles you'd like. If you don't have adjustable arms/eccentrics, you won't get very far haha. If you do it's pretty simple shit man anybody will do it

It's great. I got it at 70k miles and it drove amazing. Honestly comparable to a UCF20 LS400. People complain about the coils going bad, but it didn't happen in mine. Regardless I did a full tune up on it with coils, valve cover gaskets, all hoses etc. It's a fantastic car. Gas mileage is poor, but on point in comparison to S500, 740, & LS400. I get like 17 city 22 highway. I also live in So Cal so constant stop and go.
