As much as it kills me to agree with Boomers, I still have to say the 60s was the overall best decade for cars. So many beautiful designs came out of that time, and so many good engines as well.

If you're in America, you can add the 50s, and if in Europe and Australia, you can add the 70s. The golden age of Japanese cars and European luxury cars was without a doubt the 1980s and 1990s though, but I have to say the golden age of supercars is ongoing, with so many groups such as Noble, Pagani, Hennessy, and McLaren.

I can't look at modern cars and not be disgusted.
My 80's car was wrecked last week and I got 10k to spend on a DD, I'm not planning on spending all of it though.

options:
-944 (my fav): 4.500€, I know I'll end up spending about 1-2k a year on maintenence if it's not looked after, my mechanic will tear it apart before I guy
-240sx: 5.500€ '91 model turbochared and looking pretty good, only problem is last owner is a JDM fag.
-FC: 5k. been parked for 3 years

What other options do I have that are similar and don't consume more about 10km / 100l or less?
