I had a coworker who was paralyzed from the waist down and had to use a wheelchair. She always used handicapped spaces with the blocked off open space next to them when available because it was impossible for her to get out of her car and get into the wheelchair or vice versa due to the space constraints of normal spaces.

Maybe it's because I don't live in a big city, but there's always plenty of parking where I live. The only time I see double parked cars is when someone with either a car thats either obviously brand new or had custom paint, and those people usually park way in the back where theres so much room, no one cares. Or usually when it snows and the snow hides the lines. Then it's just a cluster fuck in any parking lot.

I printed out the website for a driving instructor, highlighted the part where it says "learn to park", and wrote a big note in sharpie. Put it under their windshield wiper.

The point still stands. Pretty rare for a driver injury to occur in a bike+car collision, even at high speeds. Maybe their mom is dying at a hospital or they have an emergency threesome to attend; why fuck with them when they aren't really bothering anyone else? After that he was just a dick the entire time.
Decided I needed two forms of ID as if my DL didn't count, which I did give him. When he went to give me my stuff back he basically just dropped it on the window sill and some of it fell outside. When I got out to go get it he acted like I was getting out to kill him or something.

He could've not been a dick and just told me I had a light out. Which I would have promptly fixed, which I did.
