Fight back against Alphonse with chebbys.
>>14032752
>let's fight shitposting with more shitposting.
Fuck both gtr and corvettes. Im sick of these shitposts. Both are fast cars now fuck off
Implying Alphonse doesn't have an army of men helping him
Every time an Alphonse thread is posted it bumps another. And another. It's a non furry genocide! Mods are on their side. Mods are furrys. Post chebby. If this thread is deleted the furrys won.
Is this the 4chan you want to shit post on?
Not a chevy, But a GM product. Let's do it lads
Some old Chevys for good measure

Is it wrong that the biggest reason I want this car is so I can ride down the highway at night blasting 80's synth?

fucking aussie
>>14035017
I don't get this, why do they care if the bumper cover is plastic? They should be praising the engineers for using lightweight materials.
>>14035032
your keyboard won't stand up to a 5 mph impact, I guarantee you
>>14035032
Bendable plastic is actually much better than hard plastic. Hard plastic is brittle and cracks easier. Not to mention plastic is still really light and keeps costs down.
>>14035048
>literally knows nothing about plastic
Bendier is better.
>>14035062
It may just be that's a spot where the actual bumper isn't there under the bumper cover. Also, for the last time, brittle, stiff plastic is not strong plastic. Look at snowmobile skis and whatnot, they're flexible so they won't break.
>>14035082
Their rear bumper covers are actually most likely weaker if they're more brittle.
>>14032790
correct
>>14033778
i would sell one testicle for a car like this in europoor land, this is sexy
>>14032790
No one's arguing that, just one's a little bit faster and doesn't lunch itself at 500 miles.
k
>>14038538
I hate to sound like i'm trying to justify GM, but seriously unreliability is part of the Corvette experience
Good or bad, its part of the ownership experience.
The only shitty part is the newer cars are so precision engineered you can't even properly wrench most of it. It used to be a chevy with some unique engineering bits but still good old smallblock at the end of the day.
>inb4 some fag shows up and claims i'm trying to GTR shitpost.
Ask any corvette owner and they will tell you the same thing
"It was an awesome car but I would never buy another one"
>>14040501
yes high maintenance and short life span compared to commuter cars is part of the performance car experience
>muh aircooled 911 and 20k mile valve adjustments
but when said performance car is unable to use its performance because its tuned to go into limp mode after a few minutes of hard driving... its shit.
>>14040576
Its not tuned to do that, that's a consequence of the poor cat placement, right next to the oil cooler. Cat delete or relocation or a heatshield helps.
>>14040669
>this ever so simple fix the dunder heads at GM couldn't figure out
Oh my god. Were GM's engineering team really graduates of the short bus?
>>14042313
I think they figured 80% of drivers would just putt putt the car and enthusiasts would get rid of the cat.
>>14042751
or, far more likely, a properly engineered fix would have taken too much money and time for the accountants taste....
>>14043320
>placing catalytic converters and heat exchangers apart
>too much money
Yeah, sure.
>>14044449
Never underestimate bean counters.
>>14045028
Meant to add more
>why did you take out the heat shield we put in?
>It will save us $5 per car and it still drives fine
>Engineers proceed to drink heavily before reviews
>>14045034
why do shit engineers constantly blame others for their fuck ups?
>>14045047
Same reason you like dicks in your butt, I reckon.
>>14045063
shit engineer detected
>>14045070
I wish ;-;
I'd be making so much more money right now.
>no alphonse
Did he get a range ban or something?
>>14045047
Bean counters change things all the time
>>14045093
they exist everywhere
any retard can make a solution with no cost limit
>>14045108
These are the same been counters who shortened the ignition switch piece of metal for a few cents per car, does it really surprise you that they'd remove a heat shield when thr car would still drive fine when not on a track?
>>14045116
>he seriously believes this
