You're turning in too late and too hard, apexing early and then plowing. You're asking way too much from the front tires, and there's just no possible way for them to make that happen. You'll be faster if you back off the throttle just a bit, start wider, touching the yellow line, and then turn in gently much earlier. You should only have to give a single steering input, not tightening or loosening in the middle of the turn. Caress the brakes as you turn in, then you can hammer the throttle on your way out.

Overall I'm very happy with my car's performance today. My shitbox managed to keep up reasonably well with the premium, upgraded version, and I think if I had more skill/experience, I could have done considerably better.
