Alright /o/ show me your toolbox
What tools do you have?
What tools do you need?
What tools do you want?
Here's mine.
I have a socket set, wrench set, screwdriver set, breaker bar, torque wrench and assorted odds and ends.
I need a proper hex key set as I only have random sizes laying around.
I want to get an impact gun, but I need a better flowing compressor first
And here is my ratcheting wrench set
I suppose this is what I have... not a box in itself, and I share it with my father. Pretty much everything on the right wall is stuff I've bought, while the main wall and left wall is his stuff that he has bought and inherited
Still need a proper impact wrench, oil-filter cap set and some new vice-grips

I need to organize my shit sooo bad. Just been lazy. My big tool box is buried in the garage, and I still have 5 boxes full of random shit sitting in my bedroom that I need to organize and put in the tool box.
Then I have a smaller kit for stuff around the house, and another box full of assorted tools. What a clusterfuck.
Pic related has been on sale for $50 lately, I'm thinkin about grabbing that. I also want a nice set of the ratcheting wrenches. On Black Friday, they had some GearWrench ratcheting wrench sets for cheap when I was at the mall. Shoulda done it but I don't need them that bad.
At this point i have almost everything and need very little. Wants usually vary by the project.

Yea, I was just in the states yesterday and picked up that gearwrench 20pc set for $50. Looking forward to using it
>>13997639
Ayy there's the wrenches I was talking about >>13997673
What did you pay for the sets?
My dad had a ton of Craftsman wrenches like that and I was hoping I woulda gotten those with the rest of the tools. Not sure what happened to them. I think I just got the stuff from his truck. Toolbox from home was long gone.
>>13997674
I envy your quality toolbox, mine is pretty flimsy
>>13997696
Got the box and socket set on a black Friday sale for $99 and the wrenches were $50 on sale from $100. Not sure about the screwdrivers because they were a gift
>>13997723
SAE and Metric for $50? Not bad.
I think when I saw them on Black Friday on sale, they were around $30 or $35 ea for SAE or Metric. Shoulda grabbed them.
I also should've asked for that Craftsman socket set with all the hex and torx keys as a Christmas gift. I wasted too much money on other people. If I don't ask for anything, I end up getting clothes and random shit I don't need.
More of a workbench than a toolbox.
I can't actually seem to find an updated pic with the tool chest next to the table.

tennessee bro??

Nice and clean.
One anon always posts his box-less work station. Basically everything is mounted on pegs and hooks on the wall. I would totally do something like that if I was motivated and actually owned this house instead of renting it.
I need to clean out my garage soon.
>>13997818
Yep, 10 metric and 10 SAE
>>13997848
Nice work! I've always wanted to build a work bench like that, but I just don't have the space for it in my garage right now
>>13997884
>>13997925
Thanks lads. It's actually just a door and like $50 worth of lumber from Home Depot
Never saw the point in dropping $5K+ on a decent box when a bunch of shitty ones put together works just as well for the most part.
$300 tool cart stuffed with all my beginner auto tech tools. All the specialty tools I've got at home or work and there really isn't much of them. I've got pics of each drawer open if any anyone gives 2 shits.

The good screwdrivers
>>13998979
I'm guessing your answer will be the same as mine if someone asks if you have a certain type of oil, electrical connector or something
"I should have one around here somewhere"

Electric impacts

>Ratcheting wrenches
My brother of African-American decent.
No picture, so I'll just list:
20 pc. Gearwrench set like >>13997639
Regular metric and SAE wrenches from 8mm/ 1/4" to 18mm/ 7/8"
5/8"/ 11/16" flare nut wrench (found it and decided to keep it)
18" breaker bar
94 pc. Craftsman box
12" flexhead ratchet
Various extensions
Set of pliers and screwdrivers
Deep socket 3/8" drive set
1/2" socket set
What I want:
Power Probe
Stubby ratcheting wrenches
Multimeter (too lazy to head to Sears atm)
Adapters/reductions
Deep socket 1/2" set
One of these days I'll have enough money to start building up an impact set.
I don't have a pic of my work box, here's my at home box. I also have another box at home with bodywork tools and 1/2" drive stuff.
Tools I'm going to get soon
Precision Instruments split beam torque wrench, so I can leave it at 80 ft/lbs all the time and not worry about it
Air die grinder, either lost my old one or sold it and forgot about it
maybe a set of long needlenose, I'll hold off til I really need it though
