Well, the lower control arm is definitely bent, so that will need to be replaced. The part is about $70 new. Probably bent the trailing arm and upper arm as well. After it's all done you're going to need an alignment. I'm guessing you're going to spend $400 or less, possibly more after it's all said and done. It really depends on the shop and their rates.
