the other day there was an incident that had me kicking myself that i didnt have a dashcam.
>BMW X3 swerving in and out of lanes with no indication
>the person is going 80km/hr in a 60 zone
>they get away from me
>see them continuing this behaviour up a hill
>they get away and go over the crest of the hill
>I stop at a set of traffic lights
>BMW has been pulled over by highway patrol car
It was one of those moments where I guffawed out loud
