They're about as useful as gaming glasses. Garbage and gimmicky. Just throw on regular sunglasses and you're good to go.

Yellow lens filters blue light which is harsh on your eyes (it's one of the highest visible light on the spectrum) and it increases contrast. So yes they do work, however just buy yellow tinted safety glasses at a hardware store.

I've got a nice pair of custom Oakleys but their lenses are gold-tinted and they resonate excess wealth and affluence.

Just the thing with the "just buy yellow tinted" doesnt work. It doesn't filter blue light just because its yellow.

I buy my glasses from Zenni Optical.

I have two pairs of driving glasses, a 50% tint of yellow, and 80% tint in blue.

The yellow tint appears to make things brighter, and gives much better contrast. I wear this at night, or during the rain. Very nice.

Blue tint is my fave for sunglasses. Not sure how the blue behaves, but it relaxes me, and filters out ugly tones.
Only downside it kinda makes red less noticeable. Mostly only effects when the sun is behind you and it lights up the cars reflectors, sometimes hard to distinguish if their brake lights are one, or its just the sun.
