Because it's a better car than the Challenger, or at least that's what people say. Which is probably fair, given that the Challenger Hellcat is just a big boxy road barge that they decided to make real good at burnouts and quarter miles.

It's a big, fat, slow burgerbarge with an enormous engine. Good for burning up tyres and being comfortable as fuck to sit in over a long cruise if you can afford its petrol costs.

Giant waste of money besides to be able to say you own a hellcat. Pretty much useless other than that.

I'll admit I want one but will probably never own because of build quality and costs. I may get a rt or srt if I find one cheap enough, but more than likely I will hunt down a g8 gxp
