You wake up, slouched in a rather musty office chair. Glancing around, eyeing the walls; this place seems familiar. You can't place your finger on it, until; oh, oh god.

A neckbeard looks up from a filthy computer screen, spots you, closes his furry porn, and reports to you. Without a word, he leads you to the garage, where the available cars are.

Civic wins.
A couple of the beards pause their game of Ponyfinder, and help you push the Civic out to the driveway. Two things come out at you when you finally get a good look at it.

> No engine.
You initially complain about the camber and stance. GS400guy interrupts you, and states that the stance of the car helps performance in long, flat turns that don't have palm trees next to them.
Well, our budget is near unlimited. Should we fix the lack of an engine first, or get some good wheels and rubber first?

You ponder for a moment, then decide on the classic LS motor. Half of the team immediately crys out it outrage, and tries to show you the high rev power of a 13b. You dismiss them, wondering how the hell you are going to get your hands on a LS motor. A beard walks up to you, holding nothing but a toolbox full of ratchets.
"Why, boss, just gimme five hundred dollars and an afternoon!"
You furrow your brow; surely he can't be serious. Shrugging, you hand him the money, and head home.
The next day, you arrive at the head beard's mother's driveway to see >pic related.

The beard who took the money and the afternoon pats your back.
"I did good boss?"
Stunned, you simply nod. Then, you notice the next glaring issue: the wheels and tires.
GS400guy again tries to show the benefits of stance, while notamiata attempts to figure out if the camber is different on either side due to the tire marks.

You shrug both notamiata and GS400guy off, and decide to go the opposite path just to spite them. So, you buy four corners of tall, offroad suspension, and four corners of the beefiest offroad tires money can buy. It's ncie having Ford pay everything. Speaking of Ford, check out the new Mustang Ecoboost!
There isn't much time left until the race of the boards, and there is still some safety procedures to take care of. Thankfully, a certain 4Runner owner stops welding his differential for a moment, and begins welding a rollcage for the Civic. The car still needs it's paint though, and the choice is down to you.

First up is /lgbt/, and it looks like they're running a turbo Miata. Nonetheless, they put down a time of 1:26:811.

Second up is /k/, and they're running some mall crawler. Sadly, as the truck was sponsored by Glock, it blew up, leaving nothing recognizable left of the driver.

The day goes on, other boards go. Well, except /r9k/. However, /o/ comes up to the line in a soon to be infamous black Civic, carrying a LS1 and some heavy duty offroad suspension for a road course.
Just a minute or so later, the Civic comes around the last corner, gunning it's heart out. You anxiously check your stopwatch: it might not beat /lgbt/'s Miata. The Civic screams across the line, and you check the time: 1:26.809
Holy shit. You beat /lgbt/ by .002 second.
