Did Lewis hand him the last three victories?
What do you want to see next season?

How about interesting races? Oh, wait, FIA banned fun.

I dont suffer from insomnia and I'm not a masochist.
For these reasons, I dont watch Formula One.

F1 is so fucking gay now
>99.9% chance that Mercedes won
>so many fucking rules
>gayest sounding engines ever
>all the cunts are in it for money, not for racing.
>>
>>13948580
Fuck you I haven't watched it yet. Thanks a lot cock sucker

Yeah I was like 10 laps in when I saw this thread.

>[spoiler] a Mercedes won

I really do wish the FIA changed some stuff around to make F1 more exciting. I watch like 3 laps, then just start shitposting and kinda ignore the race. There was only one or two exciting races this year. I think Belgium or something was pretty good. The Mercedes drivers are just so boring too. I don't know how anybody can be a fan of Rosberg, he has the personality of a wet rag. And Hamilton just seems like a little bitch. He is always complaining and full of excuses.

40 car grid when???

>I really do wish the FIA changed some stuff around to make F1 more exciting
Make it a closed wheel formula and allow contact.

As a huge F1 fan, the whole sport really sucks right now. There need to be drastic changes soon.

I mean, even if you ignore the over complicated and easily loopholed measures that are supposed to 'cut costs' from development, i.e. wind tunnel testing limits and what have you, you could make the sport significantly less shit simply by bringing back engines and tires that don't require babysitting. Mainly the tires.

Seriously, tires that prevent drivers from pushing the car has to be the single worst idea in F1 regulation history.

What would you think about a playoff system like "The Chase" in Nascar?

Something like where the last 5 races of the year, the top 10 drivers are in the "playoffs" and every race, the 2 drivers who finish worst are out of the race. So by the last race, you have 2 drivers competing for the championship.

I think it sucks how somebody can win the championship 70% of the way through the season. But honestly, I would just like to see it more competitive. And make it less ridiculously expensive for teams to compete so you could have 15-20 teams instead of 10. It would make races on 4mi courses more exciting as well if there were 40 cars.
>>
>>13949032
Everyone who watches nascar hates the chase. So fuck off.

Going back to more simple engines without all the KERS and fuel restrictions would be nice. I don't really care about the tires. But I don't see why they only have one tire manufacturer. Bernie Eccle"stein" likes that Pirelli $$$.

I'm excited to see of the Honda engines can compete next years. I also hope Haas F1 can actually score a few points and isn't another Caterham. I'm not holding my breath over it tho.
>>
>>13949044
I figured as much. It kinda negates the races a driver won ghe rest of the season. I just hate the fact that Mercedes can clinch the championship like halfway through the season.

Like I said, I would rather just see F1 become more competitive so the last few races actually mean something when it comes to the driver's championship.
>>
>>13949032
That sounds shit.

2 races per event.
The grid line up for the second race is the reverse of the finishing order of the first race.

Some fancy shit with points to bring strategy in to it (like more points available in the second race) and for the love of all fuck keep the races short. 20 laps is more than enough.
>>
>>13949080
More than one race per weekend would be cool. Maybe not every weekend, but some of them like Indy. And shorter races does make sense. Less races won because of pit strategy. More races won by driving.

>starting grid is the inverse of the points ranking
Now that would be interesting...
>>
>>13949032
The points system doesn't really work for that anyway, by that point in the season there are rarely more than 4-5 drivers with a shot of the title anyway. Usually it's 2 or 3 in a competitive season.

>>13949054
I can see KERS being useful if the engineers aren't telling the drivers where to use it all the time. The fuel restrictions are dumb, having 1000hp+ cars in quali would be the one good thing about the current engine regs.

One tire manufacture works because tire wars are expensive and end up getting too political. They just have to be good tires.

more like butt blasted because no sabotage from the team.

>tfw almost missed the Hungary GP, but ended up getting up for it

I don't want to see 2016 season. The whole sport has become a charade, because of the rules. I hope F1 will end for good as it hasn't been the pinnacle of motorsport for quite some time. It should be fully replaced with WRC.

Fuckin piece shit

That's why I love my DVR. Being in America, all the races besides the 3 or 4 in North and South America are at strange times. European races are real early in the morning and Asian races are in the middle of the night.

>>13949860
What was so great about Hungary?

Second mention in this thread.
