Having been around a fair few LPG bottles that did not (unbeknown to me) have working relief valves and those that did, were mounted incorrectly, it is of my opinion that a fuel cannister that just vents as it pleases in any hot environment is just a dumb as fuck idea.
It's why fuel cannisters, plastic or otherwise have that X stamp to allow for just that.

Honestly in some really lucky turn of events it might actually be useful, but even then the situations it's becomes useful in are ones you could solve fairly easily without it. If you're in remote areas with a truck and are worried about gas a jerry can or even external tank is smarter. Like the Anon previous to me said exteneral tanks are on every truck that actually goes away from civilization for long periods of time. Why? Because depending on size you can hold enough fuel to triple your range easily. The biggest I know is about 600-700 L which would your range 7x longer. The common ones are 300-500L I think. If that's excessive because you're not being truthful about remote areas than a jerry can will work fine. Who cares if it's vented, store it in your truck box.

Depends on a lot of factors, but guzzoline can keep for months on end. I personally wouldn't try going past 6 just to stay on the safe side. I have heard of guzzoline lasting for few years before it goes bad.

Basically it will slowly lose octane. Some say it starts at 30 days and that may be true but it's still fine to use to till about 6 months. It will also collect water due to condensation

If you do plan to keep fuel around for more then a few months it's a good idea to add some stabilizer

no, just no. Gasoline blends actually change with the seasons. It's not favorable to run old gas because of that and it does degrade rather quickly. It will still fire up an engine and run but it's not what it used to be and the blend maybe incorrect for the current weather.

It's really not an issue. Bikes usually get great fuel economy and most have a reserve tank that can go 30km or so. After the first few rides you have a good idea what your range is so you just reset the trip metre when you fill up
