I'm sure the difference would be minimal, but does suspension affect performance?
>>13826976
yes
>>13826976
maybe
>>13826976
ask again later
>>13826976
i hate niggers
>>13826976
No. Öhlins just makes expensive stuff for ricers.

>look at me I posted it again
On a land yacht does it matter
>suspension
>only minimal effect on performance
Wew, lad.
>>13826976
I don't know.
>>13826976
Can you repeat the question?
>>13826976
look up american muscle cars against mclarens.
its probably the best demonstration of what weight and suspension does compared to BIG NUMBERS
>>13826976
>difference would be minimal
Yea not sure what to even say to that
>>13826976
>Suspension not affecting performance
You shouldn't be driving a car with that kind of thinking.
Senpai
>>13826976
if you are even asking this question you need to lurk more.
>>13826976
for christs sake, I'm asking will lowering a car's suspension affect performance?
fucking autists.
Performance? Like 0-60? No.
Not noticeably anyway.
>>13827362
considering you just changed the geometry of the car and how it handles how does this not affect performance?
>>13827362
It MASSIVELY changes performance.
If it affected performance would they drag race with stock suspensions?
>>13827362
My 06 GT:
Before stupid steeda lowering springs- Couldn't take this turn mores than 35-40 without skipping
After stupid steeda lowering springs- can take this turn at around 50-55 before skipping.
If I installed the 2000 dollar eibach kit I'm sure I could take it at 70-80
>>13827424
I want to see the video of how this happens.
>>13826976
no it only affects ride comfort
Europeans feel they need to be punished for their vast fortune and privilege so drive in uncomfortable hard cars. Americans feel entitled and drive on cloud
>>13826976
>I'm sure the difference would be minimal, but does suspension affect performance?
DUH
and it's not minimal. Specially tuned suspension for a given application makes a huge difference.

Looks like the axle walk got him, although I'm not sure if even a panhard bar or traction bars would have saved him.
>>13827362
you mean straight performance? like top speed and accel? unless you actually modified a lot of the aerodynamics, no. If you mean the G-force it pulls during turning and the grip, yes.
>>13827684
all that fucking wind though.
>>13827362
In my area, the roads are terrible and you'll destroy your car trying to get up to the speed limit. We stick to stock height for the pot holes.
