Hey /b/. Long story short, I'm a broke college student who's trying to buy a Honda Accord 2002 for $3.5k. I found this car at a shop that sells repaired salvaged cars. Should I buy this car or should I keep looking. It looks and drives pretty well.

You're gonna have to try harder than that.

For 3.5k youre looking at pretty chill shitbox status. Don't jump the gun dumbass
thats a kick to the balls if they're charging $3500 for a rebuilt 13 yo accord. offer $2000 and not a penny more
Don't buy re-salvaged shit, m8. Cars are cheap as fuck, it's a buyers market. You can do better.
Sorry if this appears to be a ruse but the forum keeps saying that it is to big of an image to upload. The Vin however is 1HGCG56602A162114

Then edit the photo and reduce it size, can you even into paint?

I don't have access to my laptop currently, unless I can do it on my phone
the picture is irrelevant. that is way too much for a 2002 salvaged car.
I don't know where in georgia you are but there are way better deals.
