I will never understand why so many working class whites insist on voting against their interests; they'll never allow you into their club. Of course many Cubans will misunderstand this event and cheer in joy, probably saying "coño, por fin!" - "damn it, finally!", here in South Florida people are celebrating on the streets, even going to Ermita de la Caridad church for a meetup.

This is how I personally feel about it, as with any heavily publicized death. I feel nothing.

And I know he is definitely burning in hell today, so I'm not excited, because I do believe in Jesus. This is a man who has destroyed lives, opportunity, created failure for my people, even killed some of his close comrades; guys like Camilo Cienfuegos, who wasn't even a Commie, but an Anarchist, and people loved him far more than Fidel. I've seen women grow old and man saying to me that "Castro killed my son", I didn't wanna believe it. As I got older I realized even distant family members of mine were forced into labor for opposing the regime...

All I can say, is that his death alone is merely a poor observation of the bigger problem that is Communism.

Right now, the military controls trade in Cuba, as they open the doors to new relations, the morale of the Cuban soldier is uplifted, only hardening their support for the system, their dependency on it...

Obama only served to feed the regime. Trump will put a block on it -ideally. Then, slowly, incrimentally bend their arms a bit. But without the people getting angry, it will never happen. This anger may be triggered when they see themselves in conditions even worse than now, Florida after hurricane Andrew tier conditions.

And to be perfectly honest, even that I feel will not suffice. The protests, they do not suffice, the jailed protesters, the disingenuous trade agreement, all of it.

Blood on the street, dead commies on the road. Then a deliberate and brute forced new constitution. Ideally, one that resembles that of the US. Personally, I would make the second amendment the very first instead.

I think a rollback might just serve the regime, since they'll easily blame the "imperialists" for bad conditions. Then again, the current defrosting is also serving the regime, but at least there are now new options on the table since diplomatic ties have been reestablished.

If the US can keep the diplomatic ties, while still making it impossible for Cubans to enter the US, it'll "visually" work in favor of both parties. Realistically, Cubans will enter the same way Hondurans, Nicaraguans, Mexicans, etc etc -everyone else enters.

What the US should not do is trade with them knowing the military controls the major industrial operations. Instead, Americans should find ways to trade with average Cubans.

But plainly speaking, I don't believe in that government. And whatever they do, they do it for their sake. Cubas productivity is just enough that people can survive on the bare minimum. So even if the country looks like shit -due to the governments restrictions and trade policies, it is still a very fertile land. This is a dimension that has kept Cubans hanging on as they have.

All I can say is that our situation is a very particular pain in the ass.

Like I said in my continuation post, I just hope people turn their heart to God, and remain patient.

I listen to these radio shows on projections and most people thank the advances in technology that have brought people closer to the island.

I know for sure people will not take to the streets and kill their neighbors, because like it or not, a lot of those commies are peoples neighbors.

But they do protest, then, like clockwork, they get picked up by police. Even during Obamas trip, people were being sweeped by unmarked car state police. It's all a big show, as Cubans celebrate here, they shut down phone lines to Cuba so no communication is possible.

I know this. His death means something to those people in power. If Trump closes ties with the island, a lot of those in government may not live as cozy as they did before. But lets face it, the corrupt reward their puppets to ensure their corruption. Kikes over there, no different than kikes over here. Look at people like George Soros as an example.

I'm hoping there will be some sort of power struggle that will trigger something, but I can't be certain this will transpire.
