Guilt in the former of which is not synonymous with factual guilt, mind you, and the inverse is not true either. In general fact is established many decades later by historical-academic consensus, which seems to be leaning to at least some kind of impropriety on MJ's part.
Now if that impropriety is just MJ being a naive/creepy manchild with his creepy ranch or if it's something more, that's certainly nowhere near established.
