That gatestone institute article actually covers all migrants, not refugees. Refugees commit significantly less crime than other immigrants and also people born in that country. The very same BKA that "leaked" the report they got their hands on said as much this June.
I really don't know why people are acting as if this information was being covered up, this is all public record.

There were three German born citizens arrested too. Of the 1,054 complaints received, 600 were for theft, there were 274 sexual assaults, including three rapes. According to police the vast majority of suspects are from Algeria, Tunisia, and Morocco. Ulrich Bremer who made the original claim from his soapbox that it was refugees has since backpedalled saying that they fall under the "general category of refugees," and more recently refuses to comment on the nationality of the perpetrators.
