Someone paying thousands to go to school just to be thrown out by the school's "investigator" before being proven guilty does not seem right. In both cases a similar amount of consent was given by both parties. In both cases only one party was accused due to how they were born. One of these cases is considered discriminatory and wrong, the other is standard practice.
