Yes it is, the problem is it's spoken in West Africa. I known people who have come to the US thinking they speak English only to find out they are speaking pidgin. Speaking pidgin limits their ability to operate in the world economically. Like it or not, English is the language of business world wide. Pidgin is spoken by the poor who are not able to afford to have their children go to private schools and learn proper English. It is the language of the underclass, and it only helps to keep them the underclass.
