I Voted for Trump. And I Sorely Regret It.

He might be sympathetic on some level, but most likely it's just bluster over being called out. When he sees headlines and talking points like 'Trump fails to condemn white nationalists' he probably cares more that he's seen as failing than he does being associated with white nationalists.

Which is why his last press conference seems so unhinged to everyone. Most would have taken the cue from everyone that one side is clearly more loathed than the other, but he couldn't help but double down and say everything he initially said was 100% true and factual and wise and not ill-informed in the slightest.

So pretty much your saying that Donald trump is a child and can't forget about his ego for one second and do the right thing to comfort his countrymen? So he was simply mad at the media because he felt they were not treating him fairly and pretty much said fuck you to half the country that didn't vote for him, just to make himself not feel like a bitch for backing down?

Pretty much confirms my take on it. If you voted for Trump, and regret it, you're dumb. If you voted for Trump and still support him, you're human waste. Anyone who paid attention could tell that Trump wouldn't get anything done. Having no experience in politics, being very divisive amongst your own party and independents, and uniting your opposition will do that to you. It was obvious that he was going to have his hands tied, which pisses him off, and convinces to make more and more statements that embarrass the nation, and it's people. Republicans fucked up by not nominating Marco Rubio. I may not agree with his policy, but he would have been a competent president who would have helped grow the latino vote. With this done, we would have seen real immigration reform, instead of just a bunch of twitter posts about walls. We would have seen actual tax code changes, instead of a president who takes credit for the actions of his predecessor, and things that have nothing to do with him.

I turned my 2016 Toyota Prius over to the Nevada Campaign for their use and just informed them they can have it for as long as they need it. This is not over. We can still win this.
