That's kind of how it should be isn't it? I think Trump is just moving to make the states LESS dependent on Federal help, but encouraging them to remain within federal/constitutional laws. It's not really that difficult a concept to grasp. Instead, what the MSM is doing is spinning what we should have been doing ALL ALONG into something distinctively "anti-Trump".
