Basically more and more """""refugees""""" claim they murdered or raped people in their country of origin. This means they would face a death sentence in their country which prevents Germany and other humanitarian oriented countries from moving them back there. The kicker? The police has no way of proving or disproving those claims which means they can't lock them up but they also can't send them back.
