You may have also heard that the FCC claimed to have been victims of a DDoS. You may have also heard that disputed, but THAT IS NOT THE ISSUE. If you goto the filing for Docket 10-108 you'll see a ton of filings that say:

The plan currently under consideration at the FCC to repeal Obama's Title II power grab is a positive step forward and will help to promote a truly free and open internet for all."
