That is tard tier level (((news))). Obama is no where new the line of succession currently. Even if Trump gets impeached and removed (which probably won't happen as long as Republicans are in Congress) Obama would not return to the Oval office.

Obama returning to the presidency would indicate to me that the constitution is irrevocably destroyed. It would mean that a crisis has occurred that has voided the whole document.

Why do people keep assuming that when party X gets voted into office after party Y, that's because party Y won't do as good a job for the country?

You're making an assumption that people vote intelligently.

Maybe it was dumb to elect Obama but not Trump. Maybe it was dumb to elect Trump but not Obama. But the important thing is we actually look at what each has done before we decide the electorate chose wisely or poorly.

You know what Obama, Trump, and the American people all have in common? We're all people. Obama could have fucked up. Trump could have fucked up. Americans in general are capable of fucking up, and they do it with astounding frequency.

Maybe Obama should have spent less time administering to the best of his ability and more time building a successful party. But if you're going to argue that, then that obviously suggests that by extension something is wrong with the voting habits of Americans. That we don't vote on results alone, and that what's good for the party isn't always elected officials doing their job to the best of their ability, doesn't that suggest our heads are collectively in the wrong place when we go to vote?

Actually it's pretty obvious that one of the reasons Trump won was because Dems, in the eyes of the public, had become overly obnoxious. Not all of them, and not to everyone, but it was enough. Obama exemplified that sort of holier-than-thou attitude. Whether he helped legitimize that attitude or was just a symptom of it, I don't know. But people get annoyed at being talked down to and lumped into the loser bin for not toeing the line. Shit had gotten old.

There would be no reason to give Pence the presidency in that situation either, would there? Would Obama take over again since we know we can trust him? Would there be a new vote? What could make this situation possible?

As far as I know there is no written law regarding a fraudulent election result when a false victor has already taken office. It's such a rare case since it's assumed that any dispute of the results would occur immediately following the election and prevent anyone from taking the office in the first place (leaving the position vacant if the issue cannot be resolved in a expedient manner). Most investigations also stop when the oppositions concedes; it usually takes an major red flag (which would most likely pop up quickly after the election because of how obvious it is) and the opposition withdrawing their concession for an investigation to start up again (see the 2000 election). A dispute in the election happening well after the victor has taken office is unheard of (the current investigation about Russian meddling does not actually dispute the results but the method used to obtain the win, much like how the Watergate investigation did not dispute Nixon's 1972 victory but his method to obtain it)

Because of a lack of procedure for such an occurrence, the results would depend heavily on the quality and quantity of evidence as well as the popularity and temperament of the false victor. If the evidence is weak then obviously nothing happens, regardless of other factors. If the evidence is strong and the false victor is humble and unpopular, he most likely would step down and a special election would be called while the speaker of the House would serve as temporary president. If the evidence is strong and the false victor is arrogant and unpopular, then the country would be locked in a slow battle to unseat him. If the false victor is honorable but popular, then it would be up in air as he could step down as a matter of honor or stay on because he managed to turn opinion of him around. If the false victor is arrogant and popular, then he would probably stay in office unless his popularity took a massive hit since few would be willing to endure the battle.
