Trump is wheeling and dealing. I have to give props where it's due. He said he would bring back coal, and by focusing on NK's nuclear endeavors he got China to drop their largest coal importer.
Did Trump do good? Does ditching the hermit kingdom outweigh having to rely more on US trade for China? Will this improve relations with both countries? Thoughts?

Sure if you enjoy polluted countryside and soaring global temperatures i guess

They're going to pollute anyway, we may as well profit off of them while we can.

AAAAAH THE WORLD IS GOING TO BLOW UP AND IT'S ALL THE REPUBLICANS FAULT QUICK ADOPT SOCIALISM BEFORE THE BOOGYMAN COMES OUT OF THE CLOSET
I don't want to work my fingers to the bone, contract black lung, possibly get trapped or die in a coal mine for $60k a year. If other Americans are willing to fill that quota, great. Count me out.

>Thank god there are enough men who do*
*want to work their fingers to the bone, contract black lung, possibly get trapped or die in a coal mine for $60k a year.
Thank god for that.

Coal isn't going to do shit in the long run. The world will be running green in 50 years. Make money, screw NKs coal profits
>>131395
Shouldnt you be abit more grateful for the people who do these jobs? I dont personally do these jobs but I know that if no one did we wouldnt really enjoy the things we do today. Looks like you fell for the only education=respect meme. Really the only non respectful piece of shit job i can think of are private tow truck drivers.
Coal's still dead, this is just injecting its rotting corpse with formaldehyde to make it seem lively. Give it a decade or two and there won't be a market left to sell coal to.
>moar lung cancer! yay!
kuks.
>>131404
in the mean time it is nice to make some money by selling to china.
Is there any chance that Trump take out Kim Jong I out of Power? By an invasion?
>>131402
If we were grateful we'd be trying to figure out how to get them into industries that don't have a looming dead end.
Don't blame China for taking this deal. It just means the US will get further behind in clean fuel research and any technology that comes from researching it.
I personally can't wait for the coal industry to die so I can watch all these blue collar tears.

all five of them

>private tow truck drivers
Holy FUCK this.
I got towed and had to pay $250 in cash for a day of them keeping it. I was hanging with a friend and his apartment's lot had like 5 visitor spots, 2 were snow piles and 1 had the apartment's bobcat. People were in the other two, so I parked in the spot next to the visitor spots. Mind you this is like ten at night and the regular spots are maybe 60% filled. I was about to lose my shit when they said it didn't matter.

"Hey how about we don't make the planet uninhabitable"
"HAHAHAHA NICE TRY SCHLOMO WE AREN'T FALLING FOR YOUR TRANS SOCIALISM"
>>131385
i get that people can disagree on social issues where its up to people to decide right and wrong based on their feelings but ignoring hard empirical science is just stupid and backwards. you might as well join the people who want to ban biology class in high school because "the bible"
This is not going to give minera more jobs those jobs are gone and if coal production resurges robots will be used. You we lied to and you took the bait

While coal is on government life support, renewable energy industries are on the rise, creating a tenfold more jobs than the coal and oil industries. You blue collar "barely graduated high school" twats want jobs, renewable energy is where they're at. Coal is dying and won't be producing more jobs
>>131476
You're just transparent as shit.
Typical libshit trying to feign neutrality while preaching commie dogma. Ever fearful or criticism, they try to please everybody.
It doesn't work that way.

>You blue collar "barely graduated high school" twats want jobs, renewable energy is where they're at.
Don't bully. You wouldn't like it if the only industry in your town died.
It's not fair to blame people that have been constantly lied to for getting tricked.
At least now they might have somewhere to send their coal.
The question is how long will China be prepared to pay the extra it costs to employ US miners.
