stick men should stick together
Obscenity laws are poorly/vaguely defined. All you need in court is a jury to agree that a given thing is obscene to get someone charged with it.
Pretty stupid if you ask me.

I don't think there's a good way to define what's obscene and what's not objectively. You're never going to be able to perfectly codify every law out there, and while flexible laws opens the door to abuse, sometimes there's just no way around it.

Oh man those tits.
Thanks OP, had a good fap.
I was trying to come up with something reflected and smart to say about this but the only thing I could come up with was
>muh first amendment
I'm sorry /news/

The standards for what counts as obscene seem to be different for every successive generation. In some states we still live with dry counties and no alcohol sold on sundays, despite prohibition being repealed 80+ years ago.
This is the reason I still use this board

I was born in a state that had no alcohol sales on Sunday and it was surprisingly the liquor stores who supported it most. We also had laws that banned sale of abv higher then 4% anywhere but liquor stores.
It was kind of laughable how they were using morality laws to their advantage.

You're going to have to go to a free speech zone, sir.
