I disagree, I think this may be the beginning of a pattern American culture an values being connected to this kind of behavior. It's likely the kid's story is similar to other incidents, kid was bullied, has some metal health issues and has access to guns. That situation occurs all over the world,but only Americans seem to be killing kids in school

We don't get rid of the poor and unmarketable this way; but they don't interfere with the rich either. They become like the non-human animals that live among us in urban areas. They live by the scraps that humans leave behind. They don't help us but they don't hurt us either.
