what bike locks do you guys use? next time i have spare cash i'm getting a retardedly overpriced TIGR lock because it looks good and it's light. i bought a heavy ass U-lock but i'm returning it because there's no way i'm carrying it around everywhere i go
Smallest OnGuard bulldog ulock, good enough to lock frame and front wheel.
Also having an ugly looking bike helps
In addition to my heavy chain lock, I also have a disc lock. Thinking about getting another so my bike is on full lock down.
Some 65 euro ABUS U lock.
As a grease monkey mechanic Ive seen too many people saying "my bike got stolen but I locked it up with a fairly beefy chain lock"
I suppose the bike thiefs just carry heavy-ass bolt cutters here or the thinner shackles of a chain lock are too easy to cut.
Do mind that I never keep my bike locked in a foreign place for more than 15 minutes so my choice of lock isn't that important I suppose.

I use this one. Heavy and expensive but the cylinder is hard to pick and the chain is thick and won't allow bolt cutters to get a grip.

Abus 410 mini, with cable and cable lock.

>busy city
>go out looking like a tradesman with a 42" bolt cutter
>bikes everywhere
>nobody gives a shit when I cut one free
>mfw people actually pay money for bikes

I saw a lock that attaches to the discbrakes on a motor scooter recently.
