I wanna do a bike tour through CO starting in a week or two, I've done almost no planning so I'm probably just gonna wing it. I would like to do a ride that minimizes hill climbing and maximizes scenery. I plan to bike for about a week up to a month, with 20-30 mile days. Can anyone share some potential routes? I'll post more thoughts later after I do some more planning. Theeeeenks.
>pic related is my old touring rig, yeah you can tell Im uber prepared for this (i have a better rig now but it's still ghetto)

Oh yeah, I would probably start near Denver, but potentially somewhere else.

And the week up to a month depends on how long my bike lasts. So if you share a route just assume it would be about a month at 30 MPD

If your goal is minimal hill climbing, that pretty much limits you to the eastern half of the state, and if you want scenery too (not just endless miles of plains) than you'll need to want to stick close to the Front Range.
How about a trip between Canon City and Ft. Collins? That'd be about 200 miles each way
Canon City to Colorado Springs US 115
-use local roads and city trail network to get from south C. Springs to Palmer Lake
Palmer Lake to Sedalia on CO 105
-use local roads and city trail network to go from south Denver up to Golden
Golden to Boulder on CO 93
Boulder to Lyons on US 36
Lyons to Ft. Collins on the various county roads that skirt the west side of Loveland.
