If I remember correctly, they may have had one or two early episodes devoted to train crash (e.g. one in San Bernardino), although that might have been Blueprint for Disaster.

Aviation incidents, or accidents in general are really damn interesting to read through and watch. It also helps learn about some things to pay attention to when flying and whatnot.

It's also interesting to just read the investigation reports.
