Thanks to years of smoking weed in my youth (which in addition to ruining my academic career) I developed gynecomastia which I am pretty self-conscious about.
While I am thin and would otherwise look good in a jersey my nipples are shaped like cones so I never wear form fitting clothes. What do I look for in a jersey? Are there any out there that incorporate flattening pads?
I can't be the only guy who has these issues.

If you need help with that, skip breakfast, chug coffee, have a big lunch, tiny dinner. Easy. Make your eating window as small as 6 hours a day. I dropped 15 lbs in two months, ain't no thing

there's a bunch of class-action lawsuit television ads where I am that say a certain prescription drug can cause it. I think it was a depression med? zarelto? they also specify that it happens to boys who take it during puberty, so maybe just generally goofing with your body chem affects the body in a similar way for males that age? I didn't start smoking until after I'd changed, so I can't speak from experience.
