There was a fan running alongside of him waving a flag and Chris Froome pushed them away. He later claimed it was because it was dangerous, but the cycling governing body still fined Chris for doing it.

I hate when watching road racing and members of the audience stand in the way of riders, only getting out of the way at the last second. Has there ever been a crash caused by this?
