Here's a render they gave me that their graphic designers put together. I'm not sure if the reason they didn't continue the blue all the way up to the collar is because they misinterpreted our mockup or because it doesn't work out well with their templates.
I sent them an email about it, should hear back early next week.

I just got off the phone with the graphic designer at Podium who I'm working with. He's going to modify the jersey to have the blue extend further up, as well as add the FAST text. He said it won't be exactly like our Gen 1 jerseys just because the sleeve style is different on the Podium jerseys, but it will still be the same general idea of the sleeve color continuing farther up and having text on the upper shoulder. I'll post the updated renders when I have them.

The graphic designer told me that since the gold and silver jerseys are a different style than our Voler jerseys, it wouldn't work out as well with the blue going all the way to the collar. Whereas with the gen 1 jerseys, the piece of fabric used as the sleeve goes all the way to the collar (like the bronze Podium jerseys), the gold and silver jerseys are a different style, more like a t-shirt where the sleeves don't continue that far up. He described that doing it the way we had invisioned on that type of jersey would be "faking" it and he doesn't think it would look good. And considering this is his job, he knows the jersey styles really well, I am kind of inclined to trust his judgement here. He added the FAST text to the shoulders still which makes it look less boxxy/empty. So if we accept his revision, then pic related will be what the gold and silver jerseys look like.

The bronze version uses raglan sleeves like our Voler gen 1 jerseys, so the bronze could look like pic related. (the rough/choppy edges of the sleeves is just an error in the render, they won't actually be like that)

I talked to our designer again and discussed the design in a bit more detail, and we will be going with something like the pic in my last post. The blue will continue all the way to the collar. I also measured the graphics on my Gen 1 jersey and gave those to him at his request so he's going to make this very similar to Gen 1.

He's going to do the renders today so I'll have those posted here probably tonight, otherwise tomorrow.

I said in the OP post (part two) of the first thread that everyone who wants a jersey should email me, and I said multiple times later in the thread that people who want a jersey have to email me. I'll post the link to the webstore in the thread once the webstore is open, but I assume that most people who plan to actually buy a jersey are on the list since I explicitly told people multiple times to join the list. I want the jerseys to reflect what those people want, not what people in the thread want if the latter aren't even going to get jerseys.
tl;dr You don't have to be on the email list to get a jersey, but you did have to be on the email list to be part of the decision making process (which is now over).

The graphic designer I am working with has updated versions of the jerseys, as well as the cap, up now. They all look perfect. I approved them so we should have a webstore soon. Either later this week or else next week. I have a group bike ride this evening, I'll post pics of the latest renders and more info when I get back.
