Nazi germany had a very authoritarian capitalist economy. I'm fully against this both socialism and communism. But Nazi-Germany wasn't socialist. Private companies were allowed if they didn't interfer with their ideals and the state, but monopolies couldn't be formed since the state had the final decision. Next to that, the society was inherently unequal. The fact man was unequal was their basic viewpoint. There's a strict hierarchy and you have to obey the one above you without questioning. There was a degree of social mobility but only through the military.
